Qualification and safety

Since the safety and health of our employees and customers is of paramount importance to us important concern, our employees are only employed under the employment conditions of the DGUV Information 203-007. The employment prerequisites include:

• First aid training
• Occupational medical examination G41 – Working with risk of falling
• Training for fall protection and rescue
• Suitability for assembly
• Driving safety training courses
• Complete and regularly inspected personal protective equipment

One of our most important success factors is the training intensity of our employees. Therefore
we guarantee our customers a permanent high quality order processing. Among others, the following are the most important:

• Switching authorizations of electrical systems up to 36 kV
• SHE audits for operationally active employees and managers
• Forklift or telescopic loader driving licences
• Seminar on the processing of cross-linked, heat-shrinkable cable fittings
• Seminars on compliance with load safety requirements
