GRZIB and GWS have been working closely as partners on various Nordex projects around Europe. While our very first ‘trial’ project together started in DePlaet (2021) with 7x WTGs, GRZIB is nowadays an irreplaceable Medium Voltage partner for us.
Although the request are increasing more and more, we can always lean on GRZIB’s flexibility, competence and expertise when it comes about Medium-Voltage connecting and testing works as well as first energizations of wind turbines.
The fruitful partnership over the last 3 years is reflected in having >150 WTGs energized as per today – something we are really proud of.

The cooperation with GRZIB has grown over a very long partnership and has been consistently positive. Even in difficult phases, communication is open and the corresponding prioritization of projects is decided jointly with Nordex. Grzib is very flexible when it comes to collaboration and responds very quickly to construction site inquiries. On request, spontaneous jobs at weekends can also be realised without any problems. Regarding collaboration: If synergies can be realized, these should be addressed The topic of ECC installation and connection should be mentioned here as an example, as smaller customer points are also taken over here. There were a few challenges in the long collaboration, but the topic of medium-voltage cable bridges immediately came to mind. GRZIB procured the relevant cables at short notice through their own supplier and assembled them over the weekend. As a result, the commissioning could take place on time.
So far I have only had positive experiences working with GRZIB Elektrotechnik.
Offers and inquiries are processed quickly, orders are implemented reliably and coordination with projects that are running at the same time is made easily and usually in the interests of everyone involved.
For me the reliability, flexibility and high work quality of GRZIB is positive. They are very solution-oriented and act in the interests of the projects. In addition, the high level of flexibility means that time problems can be avoided or contained.

GRZIB is characterized by good and quick availability. The qualified service technicians at GRZIB Elektrotechnik are not only motivated, but also equipped with extensive equipment. The biggest challenge we have had was the service operations in Scandinavia for a common key account customer from the wind energy industry. In addition to the occupational safety requirements, the environmental influences were a challenge that should not be underestimated, especially with the wind farms in Sweden, Norway and Finland.
